RapidID is an integrated all-in-one ID verification platform, offering real-time anti-fraud prevention for some of the world’s leading companies and brands. We worked to re-imagine the RapidID brand and collateral, bridging the disconnect between product and customer, and re-framing how the company was seen.

RapidID had an innovative, exciting product, but the branding and website was failing to communicate that - it didn’t embrace what the company and product was, or what it hoped to achieve.
We needed to re-frame RapidID, to set it in a direction that would fulfill their core objectives: increasing conversion, creating a self sign up flow, and better representing the innate potential of their product.
We developed a new brand and website that lead to its acquisition by public listed, and fellow Oakland client, XREF
Since re-branding & launching the new website with self signup, RapidID has seen a 15% improvement in conversion rate. Implementation of their new Hubspot CRM has dramatically increased sales team productivity, with a custom pipeline and automation setup.
