Muval is challenging one of life's most dreaded activities; moving. Muval assists renters and owners in selecting and organising their move - smoothing any bumps in the road in the process. Since first releasing their MVP, we’ve worked alongside their team to solve some of the more challenging user experience problems. Now, after achieving a milestone of a million in revenue, Oakland was tasked with helping Muval move to the next step in their business.

Muval’s brand and marketing site wasn’t supporting the strength of their product, and a substantial volume of their operations was still requiring human input, preventing sustainable business growth. Our goal was to assist Muval in realigning their brand to meet their goals, and to create further demand for the product. In addition, we needed to strengthen their product to enable continued scale without a large investment into human resources.
After assessing the current friction points in the current flow, we re-defined the product flow from the ground up. By removing certain areas and introducing others we were able to reduce the largest conversion drop-offs. This re-definition not only allowed us to reshape the flow, but also created the opportunity to better communicate Muval’s mission. With the product strengthened, we crafted a new brand to match, implementing it across their communication channels.
